But nature more

There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep Sea, and music in its roar:
I love not Man the less, but Nature more.
— Lord Byron

I’ve been off work for a while, recharging my batteries. At times like this there’s nothing better than immersing yourself in nature - it’s an ever-changing, anxiety-busting counterpoint to everything else that’s going on.

And it’s free.

That great sage Winnie the Pooh once said “Don't underestimate the value of Doing Nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can't hear, and not bothering“.
